2. E-version only

3. Both at a reduced combined rate

Costs

A one year subscription consists of six issues (which can start with any issue) plus an index. We do offer a discounted rate for multiple subscriptions.

Printed version

After 18 years of publishing Intensive Care Monitor at the worldwide rate of GBP 60.00 we have to take into account rising costs. Whilst the basic cost of GBP 60.00 is held we are adding postage and packaging (p & p) as extra.

GB & N. Ireland GBP 60.00 + GBP 5.00 p & p = Total GBP 65.00

Europe GBP 60.00 + GBP 10.00  p & p = Total GBP 70.00

Rest of the World GBP 60.00 + GBP 15.00 p & p = Total GBP 75.00

E-version

E- version only (read only – non-printable) GBP 40.00

Both printed and e-version - a reduced combined rate of GBP 80.00 + ( p & p)

Multiple Subscriptions for Companies

Value to a company

  • It provides companies with the opportunity to market their products through education.
  • It provides a two-monthly ‘calling card’ for the sales force.
  • As it has no intrinsic value it does not contravene any ethical guidelines regarding what companies can give to doctors.
  • As an independent publication it is highly-valued by physicians, unlike company-sponsored publications which are viewed with suspicion.
  • If a company is interested in discussing a bulk, discounted number of subscriptions they should contact Lynda Wirth on wirth.icm@btinternet.com
